Unboxing GoPro Hero 12 // Plus GoPro Media Mod (BTS April 27, 2024)

A Mystery Benefactor from Germany contacted me recently and said that he would like to get me a present for my 60th birthday. It was something that would be of great benefit to my YouTube channel endeavors: the GoPro Hero 12 Black plus Media Mod.

In this video I unbox both of them. And I go into an in-depth discussion about all of the new hardware, features, and specs that were introduced over the years from the Hero 9 to the Hero 10, and then from the 10 to the 11, and finally from the 11 to the 12.

As I point out in the unboxing video, this GoPro Hero 12 represents more than just one new camera to me. It actually contains all of the upgrades from three cameras. It's like getting three cameras in one!
