Internal Resistance Tester TR1035 - Can we find a faulty cell?

I'm sharing my experience with the Internal Resistance Tester TR1035. This device uses an AC signal to measure the internal resistance of not only single cells but also batteries up to 100V DC. Can it help finding a faulty cell in our battery bank?
I'm not happy with the result, the tester shows because I measured the resistance including busbars. That is not precise enough to make a verdict about the battery cells...
