lngredients:

Ghia Tori/ Sponge Guard 1/2 kg
Onion 5 medium
Tomato 1
Green Chilli 3 to 4
Oil 1/4 Cup
Water 1/4 cup

Spices:

Salt 1 Tsp
Red Chilli Powder 1 Tsp
Turmeric Powder 1/4 Tea Spoon
Crushed Coriander 1/2 Tsp

For garnishing:

Fresh Coriander leaves

Recipe:
1 Cut all the vegetables in proper shape.
2 Wash the Ghia Tori.
3 Take a pan and add all the vegetables and spices in it.
4 Put it on low to medium flame and cover for 10 minutes.
5 Now broiled it for at least 5 minutes until the oil is separate from the spices.
6 Add some fresh Coriander to garnish it. Enjoy your it with Chappati.
