There are quite a few episodes of season 4 that I want to look at so we can start early then gradually make our way through. You'll learn about quite a few things on this episode, including grief, depression, manic defenses to distress and why our mind often resorts to seeing things as black and white when we feel overwhelmed.

Bojack Horseman is one of the most real and realistic shows I have encountered when it comes to talking about how the mind works, and demonstrations of illnesses like depression, addiction and borderline personality disorder.
