Welcome to my channel! Today I’m excited to share these rich and indulgent Chocolate Chip Muffins with Nutella Filling! They’re soft, fluffy, and packed with melty chocolate chips and a surprise Nutella center, perfect for breakfast, brunch, or anytime you crave a sweet treat!

Let’s get started!

🍫 Ingredients (Chocolate Chip Muffins with Nutella Filling):

210 g all-purpose flour (1 2/3 cups)
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
100 g granulated sugar (1/2 cup)
2 large eggs, at room temperature
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
57 g unsalted butter, melted and cooled (1/4 cup)
180 ml buttermilk (3/4 cup)
80 g chocolate chips (1/2 cup)
Nutella spread – about 1 tsp per muffin
Chocolate chips for topping


🧁 Prepare the Batter:

In a large bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and sugar, then mix to combine.

Add the eggs, vanilla, melted butter, and buttermilk to the dry ingredients, and mix until the batter is smooth and well combined.

Gently fold in the chocolate chips, being careful not to overmix.

🍫 Add the Nutella Filling:

Line a muffin tin with paper liners.
Fill each muffin cup about 3/4 full with batter.
Add 1 teaspoon of Nutella to the center of each muffin.
Use a wooden skewer to swirl the Nutella slightly into the batter, creating a marbled effect.

Sprinkle a few extra chocolate chips on top for that bakery-style finish!

🔥 Bake the Muffins:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Bake the muffins for 20–25 minutes, or until golden and a toothpick inserted (off-center to avoid the Nutella) comes out clean.

Let the muffins cool in the tin for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

These Nutella-filled chocolate chip muffins are guaranteed to satisfy your sweet tooth. Enjoy them slightly warm for the best gooey center!
