Synopsis:
Even though that Makino was defeated by Max and Steel in the Alphalink, his evil heart still beats! And he is searching for a new host. To do so, he proposes a competition to his remaining soldiers - the Ultralinks - to get this power and become the new commander of the Ultralinks. However, when Max ends up being linked with Makino, things get ugly! Now, Jim and Steel must link again to stop this villain once for all before he destroys Earth!
