feeling tingles don't necessarily mean the sub isn't working. if you don't feel any, that's good because your subconscious is already used to subliminals, you believe in them and don't need any proof for you to believe. the sub works whether you feel tingles or you don't. you just need belief ^^

subliminals take at least week to three months to work. of course, it varies from person to person because everyone's subconscious is different. if you havent gotten results in at least three months, use someone else's subliminal
