Dragon Incorporated - Finale Time! | Yakuza 4 | #12 | Wandering Helmsman

So many have died. Katsuragi by the hands of Kido. Kido by the hands of Arai (but not really). And Yasuko, who sacrificed herself to save Saejima to put an end to Katsuragi once and for all. Meanwhile, at police HQ, Arai hands the ledger of financial proof over to Munakata, the one pulling the strings behind everything. But after getting reprimanded by Munakata for not killing Kiryu and Kido and taking the 100 billion yen, Arai betrays Munakata and shoots him in his office. Back at Serena, a depressed Saejima is reinvigorated by news of Hamazaki's death.

With no plays left, the crew gets onto the same page with each other and decide to end everything once and for all. Using Akiyama's money as bait, they will lure Munakata and all his corrupted Yakuza lackies out to Millennium Tower (because of course the game has to end at Millennium Tower) to decide the fate of everyone in an epic climax.
