i hope this video helps you fall asleep. the words spoken are what i would say to myself or a loved one. i know not everyone will find peace of mind through this, but i wanted to share in the hope that it might help some of you. this is the first video on my channel, and i truly believe in the power of reprogramming the mind with positive affirmations, mantras, or motifs. there are many great channels on youtube that promote positivity, but sometimes i’m particular about the background noise or the way a creator speaks. So, I wanted to create a channel that fits my taste, with customizable background noise and the same affirmations.
