4 بطاطس
3 طماطم
زيت المائدة 1 م.ك
2 بصلة مفرومة
طماطم مركزة 1 م.ك
ملح
فلفل اسود
3 فصوص ثوم
لحم مفروم 250 جرام
بقدونس مفروم
فتات الخبز 2 م.ك
1/4 ملعقة صغيرة زنجبيل
كركم 1/4 ملعقة صغيرة
كوبيه (كبابا) 1 قرصة
1 بيضة طازجة
موتزاريلا (اختياري)

Ingrédients / Patates viande hachée au four :
4 Pommes de terre ; 3 Tomates ; Huile de table 1 cas ; 2 oignons hâchés
Tomate concentrée 1 cas ; Sel ; Poivre noir ; Persil hâché
3 gousses d'ail ; Viande hâchée 250 grs ; Chapelure 2 cas
Gingembre 1/4 cac ; Curcuma 1/4 cac ; Cubèbe (Kababa) 1 pincée
1 Oeuf frais ; Mozzarella (facultatif)

Ingredients / Potatoes stuffed with minced meat :
4 Potatoes ; 3 Tomatoes ; Vegetable oil 1 lsp ; 2 chopped onion
Concentrated tomato 1 lsp ; Salt ; Black pepper ; Chopped parsley
3 cloves of garlic ; Minced meat 250 grs ; Breadcrumbs 2 lsp
Ginger 1/4 tsp ; Turmeric 1/4 tsp ; Cubèbe (Kababa) 1 pinch
1 fresh egg ; Mozzarella (optional)
