P2563 OBD2 Fault Code. Hyundai Diesel Engine - FIXED!!
Today I investigate and fix a Fault Code on a Hyundai IX35 2.0l Turbo Diesel Engine.
The Check Engine Light came on and the Vehicle was stuck in Limp Mode.
Owner avoided a huge Turbo Repair Bill by us just changing this very simple $26 MAP Sensor !
Note: The Sensor will have 4 pins but your Vehicle may only have 3 pins. This is still the correct sensor for both configurations. The Sensor may be advertised as Mass Air Pressure, or Manifold Absolute Pressure or Manifold Air Pressure. All descriptions above will be this same part.
