Frenzied Felwings are the new trend in aggro decks. You see them in Hunter and also in Galakrond Warrios now. I noticed I kept getting rekt to this exact Aggro Dragon Hunter deck on the ladder so I decided to try it out. There seems to be two lists. One that run 2 Shimmerflies and one that run 2 Blazing Battlemages instead of Shimmerflies. If you are running into more Rogue and mirrors I would say the Battlemages are better than the Shimmerflies. One thing I do like about the Shimmerflies is that you have beast synergy with your kill commands. Cause otherwise the only other beast is the Lifedrinker and Phase Stalker.
