On 9 October 2024, ITV London News broadcasted a report about a news conference held at the Law Offices of Leigh Day by 3 Victims—Sarah De Lagarde, Sally Sivas and Sarah Hope—of preventable safety incidents on TfL's Public Transport Network. On 30 September 2022, Sarah De Lagarde slipped through the gap between the Tube and Platform at High Barnet Station (cf. "Sarah de Lagarde fell on to the Tube tracks. Nobody helped. Why?", Financial Times 5 October 2023 - https://www.ft.com/content/ef9af5a3-c...) and lost her arm and leg when 2 different tube trains rolled over her while she was stuck on the tracks and no one assisted her.
