Originally a Bengali poem written by Bankim Chandra Chatterjee in 1870s, Vande Mataram was first sung by Rabindranath Tagore in 1896.

#VeenaLakshmi is primarily a music channel, where I will present instrumental covers and music played in Veena. I aim to try out small bits of various raagas and musical experiments in Veena with each music video.
