This is a bright and fruity little number!

This is a Port in a Storm cocktail, and it's a whiskey cocktail with a whole egg in it! That's right this is a cocktail with egg yolk, meaning it's kind of like a whiskey flip, but with a few ingredients which make it fruitier and richer, almost like a christmas cocktail!

So, let's get to making it!

Port in a Storm Cocktail Recipe
45ml Irish Whiskey
30ml Ruby Port
1 whole egg
10ml Cinnamon Syrup*
4 Dashes Chocolate Bitters

*To make Cinnamon syrup, make a normal brown sugar syrup, with 200g brown sugar, 100ml water, but add a pair of cinnamon sticks to the pot, and leave them in the syrup as it cools down, allowing the flavours to infuse
