Описание к видео 8/3/2024 - Daily 15-minute Workout

Daily 15-minute workouts that are unique, low-impact, and achievable for all fitness levels.

The key to fitness is consistency, and Fitness Every Day is here to tear down your barriers to a consistent, enjoyable workout routine. Each day’s workout is a unique combination of exercises that only takes 15 minutes to complete.

HOW FITNESS EVERY DAY WORKS:
-- Each day, we will post a video that guides you through 3 sets of 4 exercises.

-- During each set, you will be given 1 minute to perform each exercise, with a 15 second rest before moving to the next exercise.

-- The 4 exercises you do each day will consist of 2 exercises for a specific muscle group and 2 exercises from two other muscle groups. For example, a workout might contain the following exercises: squats, rows, forward lunges, and situps. So, 2 exercises for the front of your legs, 1 for your back, and 1 for your core.

-- Every 5th workout will be a core-focused workout, with 3 core exercises and 1 exercise from another muscle group.

TIPS FOR USING FITNESS EVERY DAY:
-- Use the 1 minute time for each exercise how you want to. Max out your resistance and do a few reps or lighten up and try to perform the movement for the full minute, it’s up to you!

-- You may choose to workout with us every day, but it is recommended that you take 2 days off per week to allow your muscles to recover.

-- Scale the exercises to your fitness level. All of the exercises in our workouts are low-impact, but if -- you would rather do squat jumps than squats, go for it! Make each day’s workout work for you.

-- As you grow in your fitness and strength, add resistance to the exercises with dumbbells, resistance bands, the weight machine at your gym, or anything you happen to have on hand.

-- Work out with a friend or family member! It’s only 15 minutes and can be done virtually anywhere. They don’t even have to be with you: turn on Fitness Every Day and video chat as you work out together from a distance.

-- If you have the time for a 30, 45, or 60 minute workout, go through today’s video a second time or repeat a previous day’s video. You can also use that extra time to do your cardio of choice (walk, run, ruck, bike, etc.).
