The music video was filmed in Dunlap, Tennessee, Love Valley, North Carolina, and Georgia. The music video for Run and Hide features scenes from the motion picture "Vengeance Without Mercy" and the roll of Cody McCarver as Outlaw Charles Holly.

The opening scene of the video Cody as Charles Holly explains there is a reckoning coming which sets up the video and the lyric perfectly.

The video features Codys daughter Raven McCarver being baptized by Reverend Hal Mayfield.

The music video was filmed, produced and edited by Christopher Forbes for Forbes Film's. This song from Cody McCarver 's first Christian/Gospel CD is one of the reasons Cody has been named the first Outlaw Gospel artist. The message is strong but the visual of the video and the lyric is pure Cody McCarver and a pure Outlaw sound.
