steps:
1. launch game and cheat engine
2. go to auction house
3. select car and go into buy mode and remember the value
4. tab out and search the value in cheat engine and change the value to 0
5. go into night runner and select buy car but dont buy it yet
6. tab out and change the value to -999999999999 - this value is the maxmium
7. get inside night runner and buy the car and boom you will get the money
