Spider plants also known as Airplane plants can be easily found with most plant lovers. They get their name from the baby plantlets which form on their dangling stems resembling like a spider on the web! They look amazing and are as hardy plants as the Pothos, easy to grow, and easier to maintain!

The three major things you need to look out for, in terms of spider plant care are:
1. Temperature: The right amount of sunlight plays a vital role in the growth of your plants. Spider plants in particular favour indirect sunlight. They can thrive in most of the environments, provided a proper air circulation is present.
2. Adequate watering: Watering your plants as per their need is one more thing every gardener should look out for. Over or under watering your spider plant can hinder your plants' healthy growth. Maintain a watering routine for all your plants.
3. Fertilization: All plants need nutrition to improve their disease resistance and promote growth. Make sure to adequately fertilize your spiders about once a month but do not over-fertilize in any case.

Apart from being a beautiful looking indoor plant, spider plants are excellent air purifiers, which have the ability to absorb carbon monoxide, formaldehyde, and xylene from the atmosphere. Spider plants are non-toxic plants making them pet friendly and can be kept around children as well.

I have tried covering the propagation as well as the care part along with some great ideas to make your plant healthy and happy. I hope you like the video.
