Aditya Birla Group has, across its business verticals, announced a slew of restructuring announcements over the last few months. Grasim is all set to disrupt the paint industry with 40% capacity addition and is targeting Rs 10000 cr revenue over the next 3 years. Century Textile aspires to become one of India's top 3 developers and already has Rs 45000 cr project pipeline across 4 metros. Hindalco's wholly owned subsidiary recently filed for an IPO with US SEC while Ultratech Cement continues its acquisition spree, with a target capacity of 200 MTPA by 2030. Aditya Birla group's telecom arm Vodafone Idea's board recently announced fund raise of Rs 45000 cr while Aditya Birla Capital announced amalgamation which will boost CRAR and avoid separate listing.
