I’m sharing one page of journaling a day here.
I’m a writer, and for a while now, I’ve felt stuck — not just creatively, but emotionally too. Even after publishing my books, I reached a point where I started doubting my own writing. Slowly, I stopped working on projects. Eventually, I stopped writing altogether.
This practice is my way back.
Not back to productivity or publishing — but back to showing up.
One page a day. Sometimes thoughtful, sometimes messy, sometimes unsure.
I’m not sharing what I write. I’m sharing the act of returning to the page.
Journaling has helped me sit with my thoughts without having to turn them into something “good” or “finished.” It has been a quiet support for my mental health — especially during periods of self-doubt, exhaustion, and feeling emotionally stuck.
You don’t need to be a writer to do this.
You don’t need clarity.
You don’t even need motivation.
If you’ve ever felt overwhelmed, numb, unsure, or simply in need of a place to put your thoughts — writing one page a day can be enough. This channel is an invitation to write alongside me, at your own pace, in your own way.
I talk here about journaling, literature, emotional endurance, mental health, and the ordinary work of paying attention to one’s inner life.
If this feels familiar, you’re welcome here.
If you’d like to stay, consider subscribing — it helps this small project grow and find others who might need it too. You’re also welcome to like, comment, or share if something resonates with you. I read everything.
Literature therapy, also known as bibliotherapy, uses literature and writing as tools for reflection, meaning-making, and emotional processing. This channel approaches these practices in a slow, non-performative, and reflective way.
For now I am only sharing journaling practices, however, in future there will be more of literature therapy as a whole.
Please note: The practices and reflections shared here are meant to support self-reflection and emotional understanding. This channel offers companionship, not professional mental health care. If you are struggling deeply, please consider reaching out to a qualified mental health professional.
