So many gamers believe that buying fast RAM is all they have to do. Once its install it should just work! And I agree, it should, but it doesn't work that way. You have to ENABLE XMP, DOCP, A-XMP in order for your Motherboard to tell your RAM what speed to run at.

In this video I quickly dive into how to enable XMP on an ASUS and MSI motherboard. I also go over 1 trick to improve your stability if you are running into issues enabling XMP.
