A Great Wave – The Story
During the late sixties there was a very famous shaman named Rolling Thunder who had taken The Grateful Dead under his wing to protect them from the psychic attacks that they were experiencing. He then partnered up with them because he wanted to put into the world what he called “The First Wave of Love”. He and Mickey Heart then created what became the Hippie movement. Peace, Love & Happiness became the first wave. Fast forward.

I met an Indian Elder named Sha Ha Win in Nashville where I live and we became good friends. She later told me she was the daughter of Rolling Thunder and that she was also born with very powerful psychic abilities. Sha had the idea to gather the native elders before the pow wows started, do Sacred Ceremony on the ley lines of the earth, and send out waves of love all around the world for healing. She called it "The Second Wave". By doing it this way she said "we could raise the consciousness of humanity more rapidly and finally create world peace". I asked her if I could write a song for her and A Great Wave was born. I believe this song is as powerful as I Choose Love which has touched millions of lives.
