Servicing a simple sine & square wave generator from the 1970s - MBLE (Polykit) BEM014

Описание к видео Servicing a simple sine & square wave generator from the 1970s - MBLE (Polykit) BEM014

Today on my workbench: a classic piece of test equipment was really common in Belgium and The Netherlands. Sold as a kit under the brand name "Polykit", this sine & square wave generator was a very popular tool amongst hobbyists for multiple decades. As such, it's still widely (and cheaply) available on the second hand market here today. As I couldn't find a YouTube video on this piece of Belgian electronic history, I decided to make one myself.
In this video I service this device and talk about its features and limitations.

WARNING: Do not attempt to repair electronic equipment if you don't know what you're doing.
