Express “Rights”: Free TRADE, COMMERCE and INTERCOURSE between States (s 92) | AUSSIE LAW

Описание к видео Express “Rights”: Free TRADE, COMMERCE and INTERCOURSE between States (s 92) | AUSSIE LAW

Section 92 of the Australian Constitution refers to free trade, commerce and intercourse among states. It is often mentioned as one of the express human rights in the Constitution of Australia. This section is the most litigated section of the Constitution, and there's a lot to talk about when we refer to the freedom of movement and the "absolute freedom" of interstate trade and commerce.
