Cookies And Cream Cake

NOTE: ADD COOKIE CRUMBS BEFORE ADDING FLOUR AND MILK TO CAKE BATTER. Maybe I was low on coffee that day when making this. Adding cookies BEFORE flour will result in a lighter cake. Adding after you will still have a great cake however, addinf before will result in lighter cake

Bake at 350 degrees

1 cup of unsalted butter
1 cup of granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla
6 egg whites
1 tsp salt
1 and 1/2 cup of cake flour
2 tsp of baking powder.
1/2 cup milk
10 oreo cookies

Topping and Filling:

4 oreo cookies
filling from all 14 cookies
2 oz softened cream cheese
1 and 1/2 cup heavy cream
2 tbsp powdered sugar
