The walk to the Mushroom Rock starts at the Glen Reenen Rest Camp where you buy a day ticket which enables you to walk or take one of the two drives into the Golden Gate National Park.

We would recommend this walk if you do not feel like a long hike on your holiday but want to experience the beauty of Clarens. 

The walk is a there and back which means you will walk, turn around and come back the same way but this is definitely worth it
