I'm playing The House of the Dead 2 for PC, Original Mode with Machine Gun. To get this ending your score must be over 80,000. Getting to the bonus room in Stage 6 helps you get over that number, if you manage to rescue all the civilians in your playthrough, that they do not die. Remember to shoot different breakable objects for coins and other items that grant points!
