If you've been learning how to lose weight or how to get shredded, you probably realized that most advice out there doesn't work. In reality, losing body fat and keeping it off depends primarily on your habits. And good habits take time to form. Trying to do a very restrictive diet to lose belly fat or trying to "outrun a bad diet" is a recipe for failure. Even if you see some results from such an approach, those results are not sustainable.

And in this video, I share what I believe are 5 most underrated habits to lose weight and get lean. I've personally used all 5 of these habits to get to a low body fat percentage and stay between 10 and 15% body fat for the last decade. So I highly recommend you implement these into your plan, and you will see results.
