RAZUM CONCEPTING TOOLS 2.0 for (

Hello everyone, well, let's continue to update the tools! Today I finally finished working on improving the RaZuM concept tools for Nomad. The update turned out great! But first things first.

So, firstly, there were optimized brushes, which in the latest Nomad update could work with a delay. Added brushes for quickly drawing details, as well as brushes for outlining models.
Matcaps, Scene Color Presets, New paint Brushes (Smudge,Paint e.t.c)
