Chhattisgarh is a state of India with strong tribal traditions of music and dance. In this video, a lady telling the story of the God Shiv Shankar and Arjun from the Indian epic Mahabharata with some action and singing.

Pandavani (songs and stories of the Pandavas) is a folk singing style involving narration of tales from the ancient Indian epic Mahabharata. Mostly, ladies do the job of storytelling here.

Men and women traditionally dressed enact the song simultaneously. World-famous Chattisgarhi folk singer Teejan Bai is a Pandavani specialist. She has given Pandavani programs all over India and the world.

Legendary Pandavani singer Ritu Verma had performed at Make in India event. It was very entertaining and inspiring performance.
