This is an older collectable Ka-bar Next Generation Fighting Knife. You can tell this by the details of the top swedge. The top view of the swedge is sharpened and illustrates the old style swedge. On the newer Next Gen knives have unsharpened swedges.

Ka-bar Next generation Fighting Knife. Complete with a Hi Carbon/Chromium Stainless Steel blade, this knife is appropriate for use in wet conditions or water. Features a 7" blade with a Kraton G handle, Butt cap/guard is constructed of a powdered metal.
