How to make LEMBAS BREAD 2.0 - Raw & Vegan! The Lord of the Rings! S3 E5 | Feast of Fiction

Raw and Vegan Lembas Bread:

1 cup almond flour
1/2 cup flax seeds
1/2 cup sesame seeds
1/2 cup hemp seeds
1/4 cup chia seeds
1/4 cup psyllium husk
1 tsp salt
3 tsp coconut oil
1 tsp maple syrup
2 cups water

PROCESS:
1. Mix dry ingredients
2. Add in wet ingredients and stir.
3. Let dough sit for two hours.
4. Spread on a dehydrator sheet and dehydrate overnight OR bake at 375 in your oven for about an hour.

Serve and enjoy! Best with a little jam on top, you can store separately if you're bringing this on a camping trip or a hike!
