Here is a nice tour of of one of America's largest and most exciting restaurants. Casa Bonita was built in 1973 in Denver, Colorado. Incredibly this restaurant was built using no blueprints! It was themed similar to a Acapulco town in Mexico. It may be a restaurant but you can spend several hours there. Food is a mix between Mexican and American and is reasonably priced.
