OCFA Responded to a call of a very large branch that broke off of a tree and landed on the top of the apartment building due to strong winds.
When they arrived they found the branch that fell through the roof of the top floor of the building and caused significant damage.
At this time crews are waiting for the building department to arrive on scene and determine if the Red Cross will be notified to assist the residents due to structural damage on the building.
The tree is around 100 feet tall and the branch that fell through the roof was of significant size.
