Goan sorpotel

Ingredients
Pork belly - 700gm
Pork Liver -700gm
Sugar -5 tablespoons
Salt to taste
Black Peppercorn - 1/2 teaspoons
Cinnamon stick -1 & 1/2
Cumin seems 1 & 1/2 teaspoons
Clove - 10 to 12 no
Green chilly -5 to 6 no
Red chilly spicy - 4 no
Kashmiri dry red chilly- 17 no
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tablespoons
Ginger 1 &1/2 inch
Garlic - two pod
Onion -3 large
Oil for frying
Goan coconut vinegar -150 ml or more depends on taste
