This is the worst Haven Caravan I have ever stayed in

I give you a quick walk around this 8 berth Bronze caravan at Cala Gran. We had to get cleaners in to hoover the floors as they still had bits. We asked them to clean the freezer too as the ice section was yellow and had bits in it. The shower head came off whilst my sons girlfriend was showering and hit her head, she went to reception to report it and told her that they will get someone out to sort it a new shower hose and head was put on, but it wasn't until the day after they contacted her and asked her to fill in an accident report form which should of been done straight away not 3 days after days after the incident. There was also no lower shelf in the fridge door and was never sorted. I do apologise this was a rushed video but had 2 young children and a 2 month old baby and we had just done a 4 hours journey.
