「半島冰室」承傳冰室文化，以香烤蒜茸包和鮮豬潤薑絲湯通粉等作為招牌菜式，更提供「型男」、「索女」餐等特色套餐吸引食客。
「半島冰室」放送的作品有鄭智禮《門》、《TELE/ VISION》和方琛宇《當門打開》。

Angus Café inherits local café culture, with roasted garlic bread and pork liver macaroni soup with ginger as one of their signature dishes. Being meticulous about food production, Angus Café also provides special menu such as “Cool Guys Set” or “Hot Girls Set” to attract customers.
The screening artwork in Angus Café were “The Doors” and “TELE/ VISION” by Chilai Howard Cheng, and “When the Door Opens” by Silas Fong.
