Last year, I traveled from Arizona to Florida to interview FIU students. I wanted to learn how they add their own spin to their mac and cheese and gather the latest campus gossip. Some of the responses will definitely make you laugh!
When Salty Cocina first came to be, I never imagined doing something so fun! I've always enjoyed Kraft Mac n Cheese, and adding my special touch to this delicious treat was a one-in-a-lifetime opportunity. In the process, we made new friends and met many amazing people. This was also my first visit to Florida, making the experience even more exciting! In our free time, we explored Florida and the unique dishes we don't typically find in Arizona.

I usually refrain from sharing these videos, but I believe they are essential reflections of my personal growth and the experiences that have shaped me. In my Salty Cocina journey, I have learned many lessons and overcome many challenges. By sharing them, I hope to offer insights into my development and inspire others to embrace their personal journeys. If I can do it, you can too!
