The main purpose for all our Mathematics channels, at the different levels, is to help students who are having problems.
Students who learn ONLY 'how to' solve a problem have major issues when handling questions which are out of the box (non-standard) and that makes their Math journey as they build on this information in Secondary school very difficult.

So students must know the 'why' and the 'how to' as they construct their knowledge to become critical thinkers, problem solvers and life-long learners.

It should be sufficient for a student to be successful by combining three parts: the student's effort, their institution and the explanations given in these videos

This channel is used to show the different methods for solving questions.
These multiple approaches are and to build knowledge conceptually rather than just giving them a procedure to memorize.
Thus, students will be able to build long term relational understanding of mathematics and grasp its relevance to other: strands (areas of mathematics), subject areas and in the real world.
