This is a brilliant design for beginners, Its simple, cute and bright but best of all it can be done with a toothpick!!

Remember, Halloween nail art doesn't have to be dark, it can be bright and cute too!!

Basecoat - Maybelline express finish base & topcoat.

White Polish - Stargazer 118
Black Polish - Stargazer 129
Orange Polish - Stargazer - Tangy
Purple Polish - Stargazer 255
Blue Polish - Princess Nail Lacquer - Back to Earth

Top coat - Seche Vite Fast drying topcoat

TOOLS
Dotting Tool, you could use a toothpick, Just cut one end so you can make bigger dots. Keep the other end thin for the bone middles.
A toothpick
Nail art brush
