Trying to get this pairing setup for the first time and oh wow the midrange is just about perfect the EL34 doesn’t disappoint zero ear fatigue this is a winner combo even with the components being about 20 years apart. I will say this even though these pieces are expensive in terms of vintage stereo they could surely compete with modern offerings and surpass most in terms of sound quality IMHO
