As a recently retired technology executive with a large consumer package goods company, I wanted to ensure that I continued keeping my mind active on a daily basis; ideally, something I could do before I left for the golf course.

I researched areas that could fit my retirement aspirations. Having traded stocks and options in the past, and being around several friends that trade futures, I began my journey forward. Learning from their experiences I looked to find something that would give me an edge in my trading.
After almost giving up, I came across automated trading. I purchased several NinjaTrader bots and indicators that were easy to setup and manage, but weren't profitable, until I came across TruTrade. After several calls with them I purchased AutoRipper Pro and slowly worked my way to their more advanced software as I became more profitable.

I started using Apex trading for funding because I could use other people’s money and they allowed the use of a NinjaTrader trading bot.
