An ad for the Viz anime Grey: Digital Target. Based on the 1985-1987 manga series simply entitled "Grey" by Yoshihisa Tagami, the film was released in 1986 in Japan and roughly 10 years later in America.

The anime was directed by the Satoshi Dezaki, the director of Urusei Yatsura Kanketsuhen and Inaba the Dream Maker. Dezaki is also the brother of acclaimed anime director Osamu Dezaki.
