can exercise at extreme level on lower blood glucose level…
-real benefits of keto-adaptation is ultra-exercise type…
-when keto-adapted, you won't notice it
Currently working on another study of ultra-marathon
athletes who are keto-adapted: that is where the real
difference will be made
At 2 hours exercise, it make no difference
what you eat beforehand, AND
-you do need a few carbs at the right time
-during the exercise itself

David Pocock, Australian rugby player…
-became vegan, then read Tim's book
-became high fat low carb
-South Africa got knocked out of World Cup due to David
Pocock and the Australian team!
Also converted half of Australian Cricket team due to
Dr Peter Brukner...who followed Tim’s
approach to high fat; low carb eating
Player Shane Watson began eating that way
and became one of the great Indian
Cricket League players until age 39.
