In this project, we’re giving a beautiful lakefront property a major curb appeal upgrade by introducing new outdoor living features, added dimension, and thoughtful privacy solutions. Here’s what we designed:
✅ Lowered Paver Fire Pit Patio – A cozy, sunken gathering space built with pavers, complete with steps leading down from the main patio to add architectural interest and functionality.
✅ Concrete Block Planters – These planters help define outdoor zones while providing the perfect space for colorful annual plantings throughout the season.
✅ Northside Boulder Retaining Wall – A natural stone retaining wall creates a level, navigable access point for a golf cart, blending structure with beauty.
✅ Layered Privacy Screening – Above the retaining wall, we’re installing Arborvitaes and privacy screens arranged in a repeating pattern to provide screening that’s both effective and visually pleasing.
✅ Additional Screening Beds – Arborvitaes will also be added along the south property line and around the house to enhance privacy and soften the landscape.
This design brings together functionality, visual balance, and the relaxed elegance that lakefront living deserves.
