Using Trdrop and / or MSI Afterburner + River Tuner Statistics for Digital Foundry Style FPS & Frame-time GUI.

Hello to the one person stumbling across this video as there are enough guides, proof of concept videos etc. out there, my hats go off to them as well as the Digital Foundry crew, but I wanted to show my personal case scenario where Trdrop doesn't work quite as well as MSI Afterburner and River Tuner Statistics for the FPS and Frame-time graphs. I'll let the video footage speak for itself but the results that SHOULD appear here would be as follows: League of Legends when in Borderless mode exhibits many micro drops and stutters which are smoothened out by V-Sync and sometimes by Full Screen. This can be felt by players both casual and competitive, though usually the latter, and it would be neat showing it in a Digital Foundry style GUI. But alas. Trdrop uses white lines to show tears more clearly.

To top off my experience with Trdrop, it is insanely ludicrous to work with it in I think most video editing software, nevermind needing fairly pristine quality recordings, personally tried it on Openshot and Kdenlive, they're not powerful or buggy but they should be enough, with videos as short as 1 minute taking a long time to just load the 4000 or so individual jpg frames. You can also JUST export the Trdrop overlay but then you need to sync up, for example here a 144 fps video in a program that only has a 60fps limit, perhaps wanting to do jump cuts and verifying them in VirtualDub2, it's a huge can of worms to display an accurate fps and frame time reading that is pleasing to the eye without the technical know how. My poor 16 gigs of DDR4 RAM at 3200mhz on a R5 3600 are feeling it now to say the least, Mr Krabs. Believe me when I say this that I'd love to have shown more footage of Trdrop but my PC is on its knees as opposed to MSI Afterburner and Riva Tuner Statistics. If anyone from DF is watching, I am willing to pay the big bucks for the BESPOKE FPSGUI proprietary tech, and perchance a capable computer.
