Rattan Furniture HAPPY and NOT Happy Same Family Two Shops Two Attitudes

Today we go to pick up our rattan furniture. We bought it from two different places but it is the same family. One brother went solo and he too does cool work and has some beautiful designs but..... The outdoor couch , chairs, end tables and the custom coffee table is amazing. The stools from the brother beautiful but poorly shaped with one leaning forward and one the bottom seat has a drop on one corner. the rings I had him make on the legs for extra strength is just held by one old finish nail and two I ordered with arms on them have no arms. His excuse - I forgot. The backs was up very straight and uncomfortable and when I asked him to correct he refused with lots of excuses. We paid a deposit and I knew he would not give it back. It was a very tough person to reason with. I asked for him to lesson the price since the are incomplete but he was very reluctant stating he already gave a good price. I did finally get 1000 peso discount which was not enough compared to what I paid for the six stools. The furniture form his fathers place I have no issues with. They was amazing and so kind to deal with.
