In particular, dozens of bare chassis frames—each comprising the foundational steel rails, crossmembers, and suspension mounting points—have been neatly stacked in parallel rows across the concrete pad. Alongside them sit palletized subassemblies: axle housings, battery pack modules, and steering knuckles, all awaiting their turn on the production line. This conspicuous accumulation of raw Semi elements offers a clear signal that Tesla is on the verge of transitioning from trial builds to low-volume series manufacture.
