Into the Uncanny Valley: Improv 1,841 (Hugh Tracey alto G and treble D kalimbas)

Today, I foolishly decided it was a good idea to go out on my balcony for two minutes and photograph hawks. Even though I CAN go for short walks now, the act of photographing hawks was apparently too much for my ribs, and they are currently protesting. Therefore, I am continuing my double-kalimba experiment, this time with a different combination of kalimbas. The one on the left is the G alto again, but the one on the right is the D treble, which has an unusual configuration of tines: the lowest note is B, making it easier to play it in B minor than in D major. However, when you have access to only the tines on the right side, that all changes.

For those interested, the notes on the left I have access to are G A C E G B D F#, and the notes on the right are B D F# A C# E G B D. The moment I played three notes in a row in unison, one octave apart, was an accident, but I liked it (the notes were B G E).
